The Commencement

Insight Associates was established in 1999 with a motto “Enabling by Educating” and focus on capacity building. Over the years, Insight Associates evolved into an integrated HR and management consulting services.

With our passion for Sustainability - the new frontier of Management, we diversified and initiated a new vertical with a humble initiation of registering as an Organization Stakeholder to Global Reporting Initiative-GRI in 2007 and simultaneously applied for Training Partnership with GRI. The rigorous certification process, research rigor, and valuable coaching from GRI mature our understanding and strengthening our knowledge infrastructure. Recognizing our capabilities and genuineness, GRI certified us as one of their exclusive Training Partners in India in less than two years i.e. in early 2009.

The Journey

The multiple opportunities to attend Training of Trainers and Global Conferences at GRI HQ, not only reinforced our knowledge but also drove us to set higher standards in translating learning into practices and to deliver value added services to our clients. Within a short span of 10 months of Training Partnership, we were conferred with a recognition of “Leaders in providing Certified Courses” by GRI, HQ.

With the quality and value added services, we won the trust of corporate giants across India and cross border and carved a niche for us in the market. Our deliverance received very high ratings by patronizing organization and winning their trust in our capabilities.

It has been an amazing journey with GRI. The decade gone by has changed us, shaped us, sharpened us and molded us personally, professionally and academically. Flashing back, we realize that the intricacies and challenges have helped bolstered our perseverance and boosted our zeal to excel. Our passion to pursue has even toughened our spirits and enhanced our confidence to stand tall amongst our co-professionals in a highly competitive and ever changing world.
